With over 25 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Dr. Gyani brings both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient care to the world of aesthetic medicine. A graduate of Columbia University and Chicago Medical School, she completed her training in Internal Medicine at Harlingen-Uthscsa. Her journey into aesthetics began when she served as a Medical Director for colleagues in the field. After completing her first injectable course, she quickly discovered a passion for helping others look and feel their best through noninvasive treatments. Today, Dr. Gyani leads Jovem Med Spa with a focus on safety, natural results, and personalized care—making aesthetic medicine approachable and empowering for every client.
